2nd Line Support Engineer Location: on-site (5 days) Fareham Salary: £30,000 + company bonus

We’re hiring a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a growing team - this is an ideal opportunity for someone with solid Windows support experience who’s eager to grow their career through hands-on work, project exposure, and access to continuous training.

What You'll Be Doing: Deliver 2nd line support in a primarily ticketed environment for a major UK naval training site. Deploy software and images to workstations using SCCM. Troubleshoot and resolve Windows-related incidents and technical issues. Support ongoing IT projects alongside the day-to-day service desk workload. Maintain documentation, support procedures, and security protocols. Liaise with internal teams and end-users to ensure a smooth and responsive support service.
