Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Support Lead to support workshop and field activities. This role involves repairing and preparing machines, supporting technicians, and creating clear SOPs to ensure high standards and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and prepare machines for site.
• Support workshop and field service teams with technical issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe workshop environment.
• Write and update SOPs, and help train team members.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on repair experience (vending, electro-mechanical, or similar).
• Previous experience in a lead/senior technician role.
• Good understanding of workshop safety and procedures.
• Level 3 Engineering Diploma (Advanced Electronics) or equivalent.
