Responsibilities

• Visionary leadership in solution development: set the vision for cutting-edge AI solutions, own the delivery process from idea generation to deployment, ensure AI-powered solutions are innovative and aligned with client objectives.
• Advanced analytical problem-solving: break down complex challenges into actionable plans and make critical decisions to shape project direction.
• Expertise in AI application development: design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions; provide technical leadership.
• Hands-on development and team oversight: contribute code and provide technical leadership and delivery oversight for engineering teams.
• Code review and mentorship: coach engineers, foster learning, and ensure high-quality code.
• Technical stewardship across a portfolio of projects: work across multiple accounts/projects with effective team leadership.
• Contribution to Tomoro R&D product & asset development: contribute reusable assets to core code repositories.
• Senior client communication: explain AI approaches, demonstrate solutions, and build trust with senior clients.

Qualifications

• Background in software development with 5+ years of enterprise software experience.
• Experience designing and developing production-grade solutions in enterprise settings, including:
• Python applications and data processing
• Building microservices
• Large-scale stateful distributed systems
• Large language models
