Job Title: Field Service Vending Engineer Location: Midlands (Field Based) Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)
About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Field Service Vending Engineer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of vending machines across the Midlands region, ensuring machines are working efficiently and customers receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on vending machines
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs in a timely manner
* Deliver a high standard of customer service on-site
* Maintain accurate records of work completed
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience servicing and repairing vending machines (or similar electro-mechanical equipment)
* Full UK driving licence (field-based role)
* Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills
* Strong customer service focus
