1st Line Support Engineer - Bristol - MSP

We\'re working with a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Bristol who is looking to add a 1st Line Support Engineer to their growing team. This is a full-time role with great training and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for client IT issues — anything from password resets and Outlook hiccups to trickier troubleshooting.
  • Work within a structured escalation process and be supported by a collaborative team.

What You\'ll Need

  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
  • Experience or exposure to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Understanding of Active Directory, basic networking, and remote support tools
  • Confident communicator (written & verbal)
  • A genuine enthusiasm for tech and problem-solving

Nice To Have (Not Essential)

  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.)
  • Prior MSP experience
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (ConnectWise, Autotask, etc.)
