Job Description:

I am currently working with an owner-led MEP consultancy in the City of London seeking an Associate Mechanical Design Engineer to join their established team in a new office.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with project start-up and defining key project elements
• Setting up project deliverables and initial resources
• Regular meetings with engineers and reporting to the Operations Director on scope, fee, delivery, and resourcing changes
• Conducting quality reviews and milestone QA checks
• Handling special works projects, surveys, and reports
• Assisting with fee production and updating standard templates
• Interpreting client needs to meet delivery requirements
• Managing a team of engineers and being hands-on when necessary
