This opportunity has arisen following a major project win involving a landmark development of 900 residential units and commercial space in London. What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in mechanical building services design. Strong leadership and client-facing skills Ability to manage teams and deliver projects from concept to completion Experience with large residential and commercial developments A proactive, hands-on approach to design and problem-solving Excellent communication and presentation skills Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design and coordination on large-scale developments Engage directly with clients, stakeholders, and project teams Conduct design reviews and ensure technical quality Manage internal and external meetings and represent the company professionally Support proposals and future bids Mentor and guide junior engineers Solve complex design challenges and drive project success What’s on Offer
