Deskside Support Engineer

We have a new requirement for a Deskside support engineer to work for a client of ours.

Role is to be based in London and will be onsite working.

This role has been deemed as Inside IR35.

Experience required:
o Resources must be experienced on win11 and associated key office applications (e.g. outlook, OneDrive)
o Experience in providing desk-side IT support or similar roles, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
o Ability to manage on-the-day configuration for users, following a documented set of steps as there is a level of complexity in the judicial device setup
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with Judges
o Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and resolving challenges proactively
o Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing schedules and travel requirements.
