FULL TRAINING will be given.\nThe role will be to look after and work in and around the Newcastle area\nExperience mending white goods has great transferable skills for this role and equally, a good level of mechanical / electrical aptitude is ideal for this position.\nAlso, If you have experience in and enjoy general PC hardware and software maintenance, working with Windows operating systems or generally enjoy taking things apart, mending and putting back together again this could be a great opportunity for you.\nThe role would suit an individual who is looking to advance their career in engineering/IT and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.\nKey Responsibilities.\n * Diagnosing faults, make repairs and to replace modules on ATM’s.\n * Installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory to ensure continuity of customer operations and a high levels of customer satisfaction\n * Take responsibility and ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements\nCandidate requirement\n * Able to work on your own with minimal supervision and to be able to manage your time effectively and pro-actively\n * Good level of mechanical / electrical aptitude\n * Experience with Windows operating systems\n * Experience is in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair and basic computer hardware and software knowledge. but full training will be provided to the right candidate.\n * Enjoys taking things apart and putting back together\n * Have good problem solving skills\n * Can work well under pressure\n * Full UK driving licence\nThere are shifts patterns which are very reasonable and are listed below.\n5 days working, 2 days off, with a day off either side if working over the weekend.\nTypical shift hours are:\n8am - 5pm\n9.30am - 6pm\n12pm – 9pm\nThis role comes with a company vehicle which can be used for personal use and a fuel card.\nTools/laptop/Android phone and all other required tools are provided\nUniform and PPE are also provided\nExcellent company benefits which includes 30 days holiday per year (inc BH)
