With a takeover in the last 10 years, the change in culture they have seen their reputation improve over the last few years during the transformation They are currently looking for a Junior Maintenance Engineer at their site in Basildon, this is one of their most important functions within the business. This is a great opportunity with a global company with lots of on the job and external training starting as soon as January, There is a very clear progression path from Junior Engineer to be a vital member of the Maintenance Team The Role As a Junior Maintenance Engineer your responsibilities include; - Performing Preventative Maintenance on various bits of equipment including Sorters, Conveyors and associated systems - Responding to Emergency repairs to minimise site downtime and keep the efficiency of the site high - Working underneath the Lead engineer learning on the job and working with issues and system performance - Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults and keeping the lines up and running The Candidate In a Junior Maintenance Engineer we are looking for is; - Desirably a year experience within practical Engineering - A recent graduate in Engineering looking for some hands on experience - Someone willing to learn and develop their technical skillset - Comfortable working in a Fast Paced environment The Package As a Junior Maintenance Engineer you will receive; - An annual salary of £30,000 per annum - Opportunity to top up your earnings with lots of overtime opportunities - On the job training and external training to develop your skillset - A pension contribution from my client - An opportunity to develop into a Maintenance Engineer and be a key part of my clients plans - Security working with a global client Role:
