Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: St Paul’s, London
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Split shift – one week 07:00–16:00, the next week 09:00–18:00
Call-Out: 1 in 4 (moving to 1 in 3)
Overtime: Paid at 1.3x on Saturdays, 1.8x on Sundays

Responsibilities

• Maintain building services systems as part of a maintenance team at a prestigious site near St Paul’s.
• Work within a professional setting to support building services operations.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
• Strong mechanical maintenance background
• Experience working in commercial building environments
• Willingness to participate in a call-out rota and occasional overtime
