Up to £51,000 + Excellent Benefits
4 on 4 off – Days & Nights (07:00 AM – 19:00 PM / 19:00 PM – 07:00 AM)

  What you’ll be doing
    \n
  • Routine PPM & reactive maintenance across mechanical systems

    \n
    • \n
  • Maintaining pumps, motors, bearings, AHUs, FCUs

    \n
    • \n
  • Basic plumbing repairs – replacing taps, valves, washers etc.

    \n
    • \n
  • Basic electrical tasks – e.g. lamp replacements

    \n
    • \n
  • Monitor and adjust BMS (Building Management Systems)

    \n
    • \n
  • \nWater treatment tasks – temperature checks, flushing (no dosing)

    \n
    • \n
  • Liaise with and escort sub-contractors

    \n
    • \n
  • Complete accurate records and reports

    \n
    • \n
  • Keep a close eye on plant performance and system reliability

    \n
    • \n
  What we’re looking for
    \n
  • Level 2 & 3 Mechanical qualification (C&G / NVQ or equivalent)

    \n
    • \n
  • Strong background in commercial building maintenance

    \n
    • \n
  • Confident with both mechanical and basic electrical/fabric work

    \n
    • \n
  • Good communicator with a professional, customer-friendly approach

    \n
    • \n
  • Able to commute for a 07:00 AM shift start in Whitechapel

    \n
    • \n
