This role offers access to cutting-edge tools, technical autonomy, and the opportunity to influence mission-critical products for defence, satellite, and telecoms applications.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with design and engineering teams to transition RF Power Amplifier products from concept to full-scale productionTake ownership for processing measurement data and produce reports and product datasheetsApply statistical data analysis to assess product performance and quality standardsDocument specifications and design iterations using CAD and engineering documentation toolsSupport RF measurement activities including small signal S-parameter and RF power measurementsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives for product reliability and manufacturabilityProvide technical feedback and support across internal and external stakeholder groupsQualificationsBachelor or Master’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related science disciplineStrong programming skills for developing and maintaining automated data processing software using C, C++, C# Labview, Matlab, PythonStrong written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing and presentationsProactive problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teamsWillingness to travel internationally for short-term assignments with global contractorsKnowledge of semiconductor lifetime testing methods is desirable but not essentialTravel0% - 25%Company notesTo all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
