This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where your engineering expertise will directly shape how products are built, scaled, and improved.As a Production Engineer, you will be the bridge between design and manufacturing – making sure complex PCB assemblies and full product builds can be produced reliably, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.What you’ll be doing:Creating and refining production processes, routings, and documentation to ensure smooth operator-led assembly.Driving continuous improvement across PCBA and product assembly, removing variability and risk.Supporting NPIs, design reviews, and new customer requirements with practical manufacturing solutions.Developing build instructions, BOMs, test procedures, and tooling to support production.Working closely with manufacturing, sales, and customers to ensure technical requirements are fully met.Analysing defects and process failures, then implementing corrective actions through smart engineering fixes.What we’re looking for:Strong background in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly environments.Hands-on experience with lean, process improvement, and NPI support.A problem-solver who can balance technical detail with practical shop-floor application.Excellent communication skills – comfortable liaising across teams and with customers.This is a brilliant role for someone who wants to be hands-on with manufacturing process development while contributing to a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.Interested to learn more?
