Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Quality professional to join the Quality Assurance Team based in Bolton. This role supports the Manufacturing Business Units and plays a vital part in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organisation.
- Provide expert problem-solving support to address and resolve operational challenges.
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyse internal and external trends to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and team engagement.
- Collate, validate, and interpret complex data sets to uncover trends and prioritise actions.
- Mentor and coach team members to build capability and sustain long-term process improvements.
What you will need
- Demonstrates relevant industry experience, ideally supported by formal qualifications.
- Holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent practical experience in process improvement.
- Possesses strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to leverage data insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems or electrical testing is an advantage for this role.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage and report effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Highly organised, with excellent planning skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver against defined objectives.
- Self-driven and resilient, with a strong commitment to achieving results and overcoming challenges.
