Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Quality professional to join the Quality Assurance Team based in Bolton. This role supports the Manufacturing Business Units and plays a vital part in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organisation.

  • Provide expert problem-solving support to address and resolve operational challenges.
  • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analyse internal and external trends to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and team engagement.
  • Collate, validate, and interpret complex data sets to uncover trends and prioritise actions.
  • Mentor and coach team members to build capability and sustain long-term process improvements.

What you will need

  • Demonstrates relevant industry experience, ideally supported by formal qualifications.
  • Holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent practical experience in process improvement.
  • Possesses strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to leverage data insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems or electrical testing is an advantage for this role.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage and report effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Highly organised, with excellent planning skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver against defined objectives.
  • Self-driven and resilient, with a strong commitment to achieving results and overcoming challenges.
