Position Details

• Location: Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth, Devon
• Hours: 45 hours per week – Permanent, Full Time
• Note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.

Your Responsibilities

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our nuclear team. Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Maintaining and operating an effective Quality Management System at all levels.
• Providing site training and mentoring on Quality Management System requirements.
• Preparing, reviewing, and evaluating Inspection & Test Plans , including those of subcontractors.
• Ensuring the material approval process is upheld by inspecting delivered materials and tracking appropriate certifications.
• Assisting delivery teams in achieving timely sign-off of ITPs by attending weekly client meetings.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• Academic Qualifications: A degree or qualification in Civil Engineering, Quality, or a related field (HNC, BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng).
• CSCS: White PQP/AQP.
