Salary

£45,000 - £50,500 + private healthcare + matched pension + benefits

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Bridge Engineer, you will assist in the overall delivery of the Structures team's workload within the Salford and Penrith offices, focusing on assessment and design checks. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Producing, developing, and overseeing sound bridge design, assessment, and maintenance solutions that meet client requirements within budget and timescale.
• Developing and designing solutions in accordance with national design and assessment standards.
• Ensuring designs comply with relevant health and safety legislation, particularly the CDM Regulations.
• Regularly reporting progress to clients and communicating with line managers regarding project status.

Who Are We Looking For?

This role is perfect for you if you are:

• A Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE, MIStructE, or equivalent).
• Experienced in a similar role within Bridge or Highways disciplines.
• Proficient in bridge design and assessment standards and methods of analysis.
• Skilled in managing and delivering projects within programme and budget constraints.
