You’ll work across the full engineering lifecycle from concept and prototyping through to verification, test, and production handover, ensuring each solution meets the highest technical and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of analogue, digital, and mixed-signal electronic circuits.Define technical requirements, specifications, and validation plans.Conduct detailed design reviews, analysis, and testing.Mentor and guide junior engineers, supporting knowledge transfer and technical excellence.Collaborate closely with systems, software, and mechanical engineers to deliver integrated solutions.Contribute to continuous improvement in design processes and best practices.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and defence standards.About YouYou’ll be an experienced electronics engineer with strong technical depth, ideally gained in defence, aerospace, or other complex engineering environments.
