We’re hiring 5 senior software engineers to join our engineering department. You’ll work in a team where ideas move fast, features ship often, and AI innovation is part of everyday problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of real-time systems powering Conversational AI products.

• Collaborate in an agile environment where ideas move quickly and features are shipped regularly.

• Adhere to TypeScript standards across projects and help drive best practices.

• Work with cross-functional teams to solve problems and push AI innovation forward.

• Participate in product launches and help set industry standards in conversational intelligence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a software engineer with a background in full-stack, front-end, or back-end development.

• Proficiency with TypeScript (non-negotiable across projects).

• Ability to operate in a flat, collaborative, agile environment and contribute to a growing team.

• Willingness to engage in opportunities for progression to lead, principal, or architectural roles as the company scales.

Interview Process

• 30-minute video call with the team lead
• Up to 2 hours take-home assignment
• 90-minute face-to-face interview
