Responsibilities
- Human Factors (HF) engineers support the end-to-end design and development of our systems and services through the application of scientific knowledge and experience.
- Our aim is to optimise the interaction between the system and the end users enabling them to achieve their mission effectively and efficiently.
- You’ll be part of our team of HF practitioners working across a variety of crewed and un-crewed platforms gathering assessment data, supporting the analysis and helping to document the results.
- You’ll work with engineers from other areas of the business and gain a broad understanding of challenges of complex integrated Air systems.
Qualifications
Qualification requirements As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either Human Factors, Ergonomics, Engineering Product Design, UX, Psychology or STEM subject.
