OverviewLucera Financial Infrastructures is hiring a Customer Support Engineer for our Belfast office to help expand our global support footprint for our core product, used by some of the top names in financial services.We are looking for someone who has 3+ years’ experience working primarily with customer support in financial services. This role is for individuals who can work effectively as part of the local and wider global team, along with the ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership. We are looking to talk to people with:RequirementsA passion for technology, with an ability and desire to pick up new technologiesExperience of first and second level support, and customer onboardingUnderstanding of support processes, and ability to react and adapt to changing circumstancesStrong skills in Unix/Linux based environmentsKnowledge of common scripting languages and ability to automate common processes, and interact with existing frameworksExperience with Financial Services, in particular concepts of Market Data and Order EntryExcellent communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
