About the Role

Opensourced is partnered with a leading secure-tech consultancy seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their growing Central Government programmes.

You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and evolving AWS-based cloud infrastructure that is reliable, scalable, and security-driven. This is a hands-on position where you’ll deliver modern automation and observability practices, while also mentoring junior engineers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, implementing, and optimising AWS environments
• Deploying & managing Kubernetes clusters with Helm & Docker
• Driving automation and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• Building CI/CD pipelines and enabling secure delivery practices
• Implementing observability with CloudWatch, Grafana & ELK
• Supporting junior engineers through mentoring & knowledge-sharing

Core Skills & Experience

• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• Observability/monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK)
• UK Security Clearance (SC) required – sole British Nationals only
