Infrastructure Support Engineer

We’re looking for a Mobile Device Support Engineer to take ownership of iOS and Android estates within a large, complex environment. You’ll be the SME for mobile platforms, managing and optimising devices via Workspace ONE (AirWatch) and ensuring estates remain secure, compliant, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, configure, and manage iOS/Android devices at scale.
  • Lead on Workspace ONE deployments, upgrades, and optimisation.
  • Deliver OS updates, patching, and security hardening.
  • Provide escalation support and guidance to wider service teams.
  • Contribute to projects across UEM integrations, hardware refresh, and security initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in Workspace ONE (or AirWatch).
  • Proven background managing mobile estates in enterprise environments.
  • Solid knowledge of mobile lifecycle management (provisioning, patching, decommissioning).
  • Awareness of Zero Trust, ISO 27001, and enterprise security frameworks.
  • Eligible for SC clearance (advantageous).
